Took chrome badges off, replaced them with black ones and took the ones off the tail gate off. Put in LED blinkers and changed interior to LEDs

 

Passed fazios Delaware spot today

I'd say thats good enough reason to upgrade to an aftermarket bumper. this way if you hit anything ever again you won't have any damage. If you go through insurance you can use the check for the new bumper too. Plenty of people on here have done that.

 

I broke a drivers side tail light with a trash can full of grass this morning, I am still pissed.

Gonna go see my body shop guy and see. I thought about a different bumper but I don't like many at all and plus I want to take care the lift and tires/rims first. This fucking blows. That could have been my installation money or Homertaco grill

So while here I rented a Mercedes the other day and took it on the autobahn. On one of the "no speed limit" zones, I got it up to 205 km/hr (or 127 mph). It was a feeling like none other to see that sign and just gas on it without fear of getting pulled over. The car had more in it, but quite honestly, at that speed I started to get sweaty palms and didn't push it any further. There was one or two guys that blew past me. Had to have been doing about 150.

What is amazing is that they actually know how to drive here on the highways. The slower cars keep right and the fast keep left. The far left lane is only used for passing and then people get right back over (expect for the fastest guys that just stay in the left lane).

Also, I was impressed at is it was a diesel engine. The thing had plenty of get up and go when I punched it.

 

what is the main difference from toytec ultimate lift and 3 inch lift kit (TTHA-CK)?

 

Ultimate is adjustable while the other is not. Look at the threaded collar on the ultimate kit. You use a spanner wrench to dial in exactly the amount of lift you want. Or as you add a heavier bumper/winch/etc you can crank it back up to compensate for the weight.

That sucks! Here in PA animal impacts fall under the "comprehensive" part of insurance. They can't jack your rates around for those types of events. Maybe you could check your coverage, might take some of the financial sting out of it.
