    Congrats Mike!! Fuck that's awesome!

Careful wheeling it hard though.. If that frame snaps on you that would be a really shitty situation

Personally I'd take the loaner, IF and only if it was a truck or a 4Runner!

Yeah I'm gonna start this weekend. Rather take my time and do it right then need to rush.

Haha I was just talking to the guys about that. Joking that if the frame snapped in half dropping it back off in two halves at the dealership on a flat bed.

Yeah not worth the risk as much as I'm dying to wheel. And yeah I am going to request a 4wd truck especially with winter coming. They say there usually is a wait list for a truck but the 4runner is backup.

My buddy just got his done (frame) they tried to tell him they dont have trucks for rent, he said enteprize does.he was driving a f150 for two months.Toyota corp pays for the repair and rental, the dealer is going to try and get as much of that money as they can.

i never had any luck getting decent vehicles as loaners. the absolute worst one was a purple scion XB with a ground effects kit.

I'll never understand why they don't use loaners as an opportunity for you to drive something nicer than your own vehicle. I'm sure it would result in more people upgrading to newer vehicles.

Theres a Mercedes Benz dealership around here that gives out toyota corollas as loaners... what a stupid fucking idea.

Honestly it was always standard when I had my BMW. Always got a complimentary loaner which was always the new model of whatever series the person had. Only time I didn't they gave me a mustang. I didn't think it happened that often outside the luxury car companies but it's great this Toyota dealership steps it up for it. We'll see what loaner I get for the long haul but I'm a home owner who bought a 4wd truck for a specific reason so I would hope to get another 4wd truck. I mean I guess in the end it's at the discretion of the dealer no matter what.

    I argued that I bought a 4wd vehicle for a reason and I need a 4wd vehicle for work. They don't care.

Yea that's a lot different than what I was talking about. A few years ago I had some warranty work that they were unable to repair so I had to lemon law them. The dealership and Toyota corporate were completely useless the whole time. I was referring to loaner vehicles I received in the months that my truck spent at the dealership.

Yea dealerships in NJ will usually go out of their way to not help you.

In PA I don't doubt that there are some much better dealerships.

Whether it be buying a new car or trying to get maintenance done at the dealership, in my experience they will act like they are being inconvenienced by you being there.
