apparently a shop in Utah. They are supposed to be very similar to bilstein 5100s, but i would get them for a much better price. If anyone has any first hand experience i would really appreciate it. I know you get what you pay for but im not looking to wheel super hard and as long as they dont leak and ride okay, i think i am willing to try them out. Plenty of ppl are going to say go with bilsteins cuz they have been around and so many people use them, i know. But i am trying to save a little money. I will have more money to upgrade later ( a couple years) but for now i would be ok with these if i could hear some positive reviews... i have read the threads on them but could use a few more responses

 

You can't get much cheaper than bilsteins other than a spacer lift. I'd be hesitant to run anything like that up here in the northeast. My fear is they'd rust out and out comes papa spring

Take most advice from the guys here... You can get Billies for 319 shipped to your door from downsouth motor sports and still use just the stock coil from your existing suspension now... And an AAL and youll be good...

If you can't afford atleast that lift you should not be wheeling because it means you definitely can't afford to fix something if it breaks...

 

Thanks yea I couldn't pull the trigger on those... It was a package deal with other stuff I wanted but anyway I went with the ome kit on the group buy extravaganza right now

 

Ome is good, I installed a set with a rear AAL on my neighbor's truck.

 

I am also in that GB. Seeing as my RTT won't be in til mid may

Wait how are you guys lifting with Billy's and stock coils? Cranking the shit down? That must ride awful.

 

It's not bad at all Mike. I had 5100's on stock coils set at 2.25 for years with no problems. Actually rode better than stock IMO.
If you want to lift on a budget it's a great option. I wheeled Moab with that setup.
