Ha I don't think that's happening anytime soon. We designed that thing to be beefy as fuck. Now I just need a winch to mount to it. :p

Order everything from right channel.... Avoid paying all that shipping... And get the firestik 2 instead of the fireflys

The only thing youd have to order seperate is the mounts... Relentless only sells them lol. Should have specified that

Why do you want dual antennas? The only person I know with duals is ant. You say you want a low cost set up... Don't get duals then lol.

Especially if you'll only use it while wheeling, the Wilson magnetic mount is a good option. Or drill a hole and do the roof mount Wilson 1000. I think having antennas mounted on the hood will be really annoying.

I could take care of that for you... Or lend a hand...

idk i thought the $40 extra for a second antenna would prove worth it... I was hesitant to put one on my roof because of low hanging branches. Ill update once its installed if it becomes annoying. Like i previously stated i dont have much experience with cb radios in particular and from what I've read theres many different set ups to go with that will do what i want and hardly any way to tell which is the "best" set up. So i whipped together a set up and hopefully it works out for me...

Dual antennae are not worth the extra money as you see no extra performance. If it's for looks then go for it haha. I got rid of mine once it flew off the mount in Moab

Absolutely what these guys have said. Gains on duals are almost negligible. If you want a real good antenna set-up, drill a hole in the roof, slap a Wilson 1000 in there, and bottom the whip out in the base.
