Not enough of one for a $600 price tag IMO...

 

Did sum wheeling this past weekend up in clearfield county pa. Plus some turkey hunting no luck on the turkeys. Also @cynicalrider i see what you mean by the gap at the bottom of the tube bumper i have. Gonna be closing that up soon. Also completely sunk my front end up to the hood but was able to crawl my way out. I was surprised how well the taco does on stock suspension. Well anywho here is sum pics of the weekend

 

I think josh found most if not all the missing parts to make it move for 600... Wouldn't be a bad deal to have a nice little trailer for 1200

 

What you posted + what josh said makes a flatbed trailer for 1200. Still need material to make the body maybe even lid.

Im sure you could easily talk the price down... Just cause it says 600 doesn't mean you have to pay that... But to have an offroad capable trailer i don't see how this is expensive considering buying any other one already built is triple that $1200 price tag...

Plus as I am sure everyone who has researched trailers knows there is a certain know how on building it to maximize balance and minimize tongue weight so it all rides smoothly.

Also the fact that this one would just be getting the parts to make it roll... Then a piece of diamond plate or something for the platform and its ready to be customized which is the expensive part of it all...

Fenders lights wiring... Thats the "harder" portion of trailers. Wiring up a 7 pin to a truck is only simple if you know which wires go where.

Easier to do from scratch but not if the wires are mixed up... I had to the latter of the 2 in school. Troubleshooting not fun

@T3amDirty thanks I was off Thursday to Monday came back to work today. Had a fun weekend didn't do that much wheeling but shot alot of guns haha

 

I don't disagree but you have to weld A LOT more for it to be of use to hold a rtt. That being said why waste 600 when a little more welding and work gets you the same thing for 200.

This is correct as well...... BUT guess what..... There are no spring hangers on that frame. YOU have to decide where to put the axle at, on that non rolling frame.

It all depends the route your going, if they just want an open bed with a rtt on top then it's simple from there, but it just involves more fab if you want something more complicated. But it's gonna be more then a piece of diamond plate to finish

Wiring is simple on a small trailer even if it's already started, but I'm an electrician. Josh's is a lineman so I'm sure he'll say the same.

IMO it's to expensive for what it is.... He's gouging without realizing it, since all the trailer makers have been gouging since day one.
