When I test drove my first Taco I put it in 4 Hi and drove it into a snowdrift. I did not buy that one, but I bought mine tht night...

Thanks @PPansini10 and @HomerTaco for your offers to borrow bumpers for my brother in law.

He came by today and we zip tied the stock bumper in place. It's solid for the time being. Doesn't look good, but it's solid.

He was told by a cop in the town he works in, that he needed the front bumper. I think it's bullshit. I drove without a front bumper for a while also.


But anyway, I had him look at some bumpers online. He likes the brute force fab front hybrid bumper and the brute force fab regular rear bumper. Waiting to hear back from billy to see if he can ship both on one pallet to save on shipping. Also curious what kind of deals everyone might have for Black Friday. He doesn't want to end up having to wait till December or January to install it either though.


He's also looking for new headlights with halos and shit in them. Anyone have any advice where to get the. Or what brand to get? He found carid.com and the spyder brand halo head lights.

 

I drove a titan, its a solid truck, too big for me though and probably is a lot more limited in terms of wheeling.. I like my taco

 

How do you like the MTRS? I have a set waiting for me in CT that I'll pick up in Nov. Not as many people seem to have them on here as BFG.

Spyders look cool and have good light output, but the tinted clearcoat for the smoked ones starts soon after install.

 

Starts what?

That's good to hear they have good output, the first person I saw on Tw talking about them said the light out put was so bad it was like driving with the lights off. But idk if he did something wrong or if it was a faulty product.
