I didn't get to enjoy it very long but I definitely needed to drive a lot faster on 35's in low range. 5.29's are on my list

The lower the gear set the weaker they are brother. Be careful.

Any clue what your trans temp is during warm weather/towing?

 

I still feel that 4.56 gears on 35's is not exactly right. After driving across the country a few times I think 37's on 4.56's will even everything out to where I wanna be. Lower highway RPM's and obvious NFG on the trails with the crawl box.

 

Do that long enough and wheel it with any regularity like Thayer did & you'll cook that auto trans.

 

What is your overdrive ratio with the MT?

 

I can tell you that "highway speeds" put me cruising at over 2800 RPM. I'd like to lower that a bit.
