I always figured 4.27s were best for 35s with a v6 and a MT

 

I don't think that ratio is available but mathematically you are probably correct. I think 4.10 is as close as we can get.
Since I'm already regeared to 4.56 I'll just cut the fuck out of it some more and throw on bigger tires.

Hope so. I've already got the cab-mount relo kit. Need to install that and the tc coil-bucket gusset kit then tub the firewall. Should be good to go then.

 

Still need a welder.

 

Regearing is in the future no doubt.. But sometimes I feel like people think that the second you throw on 35s with stock gears, the truck just explodes on the spot

Yeah looked like the RP was fine, possibly chipped from the shit floating around but never took it all apart, just drained and filled. And I appreciate it homie, can't wait to wheel with you guys again one day. Till then I gotta settle on overlanding. Pulled my front DS this weekend so I can run 2 low.

 

My calculator is telling me he is correct, that at 2800rpm on 35s and 4.56, you will have a ridiculously low chance of not rolling your taco in an accident.
Please be careful.

 

@HomerTaco stock front suspension travel is 8". Took a bit of searching.
