Beep beep beep, back that truck up... I was discussing Uwharrie, not Windrock.
    I've never been to Windrock.
    Considering going there in March.

Since we are all talking about trips...

Who all is going to rock therapy next year? And who wants to take 2 weeks to explore other parts of the country with me?

Rock therapy is still on my goal list. Not sure how much other vacation time I'll have to explore anywhere else though. Unless you are talking about similar to how steve and jay did it?

Ladies and Gents.....My name is Brandon, from monmouth county area.
I am due for some regular scheduled work on my Tacoma. I do majority of my own work but in case I come across something I would either chose not to do or not be able to do...would you guys recomend a local repair shop that you would trust to do work on your own truck? Quality of work is most important (No revisits to repair prior work done).
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Mainly suspension work. Ive done my own work on my last two vehicles. Ive replaced rotors, calipers, shocks, struts etc.
The uncomfortable part now comes from the fact that I no longer have the space or equipment to do the work. Since i've moved, I no longer have access to my air tools as well as some other important useful tools that were sold due to lack of space in the new garage.
Also....its getting cold out there. Banging and cutting up numb knuckles is no longer "cool" for me. haha

I was bustin Joe's balls. I have not Sat down yet to work out my own design. But I definitely want to try to mount it to the frame and not to the tank itself.

I do all my own work. Only shop I use is in PA, and usually just for fine tuning my alignment.

Mine mounts to the frame in the front and I think along the frame rail, then the two tank strap bolts.

    They're messing with each other.

Denver is a 24 hour drive from me. Done it in 2 days a few times. Moab is another 6 hours west of Denver iirc. You should check it out while you're out there.

I live in Oakhurst and could do any work you need done for the most part.

I am not exactly sure how they did it but id say leave about a week before RT stop at cool places... there is a place in Ohio I want to stop I shared on facebook... i want to stop in the badlands or mt rushmore... swing through MT and meet up with Lisa For a day and see some trails up there and then make my way to RT... then either hesd back the same way and hit CO and wyoming/yellowstone and then head on back... maybe make some crazy out of the way stop somewhere... nashville would be cool

 j00 tryna road trip?
