@diabetik81 trying to figure out what tools to bring. do you have jackstands? and what would I need to replace a u joint?

 

I don't have jack stands. Yet. I think I posted earlier that my driveway is on a slant so I typically do everything in the garage. If we're just doing a u joint I'd get a ball joint press. You can usually rent one from advance. I joints are pretty easy as long as you don't have a double cardan on the 1st gen. I have most hand tools but I don't have air tools and such. I only been in the house for a year and I came from a condo so I've been building everything up.
