How long ago did you lift? Did you have vibes before you did?

Ideally you want your driveshaft angle like this:

There are two things you can do to try to get this to line up, an axle shim that can slightly angle your diff or drop your carrier bearing a bit with washers. Best bet is to check your angles.

A bad ujoint can rattle a truck apart if let go long enough. A joint bad enough to shake like that will either have noticeable play or be seized. Your other post saying it was always there but is now worse leads me to believe it was seized and has now gone to noticeable play. Set parking brake, chawkz the wheels, put the truck in neutral and grab the shaft... and try to move it up and down, left right and see if anything moves other than the normal rotational play

Will check. One thing I did noticed when I acquired the truck is that the shaft zirks were barely serviced. No grease at all. So much that the front driveshaft would not budge when the clutch was being serviced. I had to buy a used one. I have only greased it about 4 times in almost 3 years and 25k, definitely not enough. So you might be right, something is probably seized.

Is that diagram for first gens specifically? I thought they had 2 piece shafts? Sorry no not familiar with 1st gen as much.

If that diagram isn't make/model specific, the "ideal" angles are considered different by Spicer/Dana

    Have a picture of it?

Driveshaft angles and vibes can be quite temperamental. U joints need to be with a certain amount of degrees to cancel out eachothers rotational vibes

First gens are 2 piece but from a carrier bearing and have the double cardone joint come down from the CB. So it's basically still applicable but replace where it's coming from the trans to where it's coming from the CB.

Just reminded me, need to go grease mine and maybe wash the truck.

It actually doesn't look like the angle @cynicalrider suggested

The only play I found was a little in the carrier bearing, but I think that's normal no?

It's hard to tell from your photos. The most important pic to take is a side shot of the rear diff. You want that to be in a straight line from driveshaft to where it hooks up to the diff.

We specialize in counting to One. One shot, One kill :infantry:.

@diabetik81 I'll be around but it would have to be Sunday and at my place, I'm on kid duty. I grounded mine to the body behind the tail light. Been fine 3 years now.

Ok4wd is great I also use total performance in Mahwah nj. I'd stay away from that other shop unless you have a jeep. They did a transfer job for me years ago and forgot to put oil in it. Long story short my transcript seizes, ended up in a long court battle. Best of luck in who ever you choose!
