Yeah, I don't like either version of the fix really, behind tcase the tubing is flattened and in front it kind of gets in the way of the driveshaft, but the behind the tcase seems better.

Just run true duals and be done. Or get a 4 banger like me then it's not an issue:cookiemonster:

Somewhat, yes. Not your method the other. It's somewhat in the way when taking off/installing driveshaft to the truck. Probably not a huge deal, but possible.

I agree it would be kind of in the way for drive shaft removal

It would be a good value at $200.

It's easy, and without a bender to make a custom exhaust pipe, probably the most cost effective too.

That stock heat shield stays with your method, and that's a double wall shield. I'm not worried about it, but I'll let you know if that heat shield ever gets hot enough to burn the grease off the top side... It's right under the u-joint, so extra grease gets thrown off the driveshaft there.

If it's $10 for the ones on top, the wider ones, I'd say good deal also. Skinnier ones, 10 is fair. 1.5 hours from me though, no go

My buddies' Ball is coming up on 30. She used to hang around my neck and cruise around with me in my CJ. She is still chill.

Nice, looks good. I hope to one day replace my whole exhaust headers back, but we'll see. Not sure what the future of my Tacoma is.

FTFY lol. But in a few years I'll decide to either sell it or keep it and maybe make it more offroad-able. Hoping not to sell ofcourse

 why would you consider selling in the future of you hope to not sell it? How about just not selling it

Never know what's going to happen in 3 years let alone a day or a week; I try to keep my options open and flexible. In the end it is just a truck, but its mine
