    That was my plan if I went with job plan B. Basically, I'm going to be covering NYC Metro (Brooklyn, Bronx, LI, north Jersey) for work now. I'm going to go w/ 5100's most likely and Deaver AAL. Unless you can convince me otherwise. For now, can't justify the cost for a mild off roader.

    Let me make a couple calls tomorrow and compare some prices between the 5100's and the OME struts. Were you going to use your stock spring in the 5100's? I can't say enough good things about my OME set up

    Yeah. I'd talk to your local police about this @Sub-Zero . Police towing in the municipalities around me is 75 for the tow and 30 a day storage. Only extra fees are for roll overs and hazmat clean up at accident scenes

    $3600 deductible on insurance for your truck? WHAT THE FUCK INSURANCE DO YOU HAVE? All my shit on my truck is covered... and the tent and any other accessory besides wheels tires and lift is insured through my renters insurance...

    Deductible is 500 for truck 250 for renters and I have 15k in coverage

    Going to be purchasing 2 bubba rope gator jaw shackles... its time to start lightening up what I carry and work on the gear I have on hand... need to really work on my camping gear. And need a HC bumper badly as it holds the key to some more storage options...

    If you're at all interested in the CBI HC rear bumper, let me know. I will be ordering 2 from them in a couple months along with some other things. Shipping is always tough on stuff like that so I try to make bulk orders to help people out.

    Do you have any brands in mind? I could put something together

    EDIT: I will be at a club meet with the owner of southeast overland net weekend and can talk to him about getting some from there. He makes all the synthetic rope stuff in house. I have his synthetic rope for my winch (yet to install) and its some good stuff
