    Yes. The OC dries up and crystalizes on your skin and eye lids/lashes... after you shower or wet your face it reflashes and burns at about a 5 compared to the 10 when you get the initial spray.

    We had to live fire for ERT. We were exposed to it regularly in training and spraying people in close quarters. You learn to deal with it.

    Jesus. Excessive force much. There are so many guidlines federal law enforcement has to follow that normal cops don't... if I struck you in the head thatd be considered deadly force and Id have to be able to articulate why I used such force
