    Go with Hobart, which is made in the USA and owned by Miller, but priced a lot less.
    My Hobart Handler 210 MVP is normally $900 MSRP and I got it for a hair under $700 with price matching and another across the board 15% off sale at Tractor Supply.

    Get a welding cap or wear a backwards ballcap too... @Subway4X4 you might have started losing your hair already and can't singe it off so it won't grow back but a burning scalp is never fun... also EAR PLUGS if welding under the truck. Hot slag sounds cool burning your inner ear but again... doesn't feel good.

    All the shipboard welders i have met in the Coast Guard like Lincoln compared to Miller as they say the lincolns stand up to more abuse... and those fuckers ABUSE their equipment. And its in salt air all the time pretty much
