I am sure the homeowner has his guys doing shit at the house today that I will have to fix later. So today does not really count as a day off.

I was done babysitting years ago. I am a supervisor, not a babysitter. If I need to watch you to make sure you do your job right, there is a problem. I have enough work to do just keeping everything moving forward and dealing with scheduling issues. But alas, I still babysit daily.
And people wonder why I have a bad attitude.

We do this every holiday - visit stores and check for add set execution. Shake hands & kiss babies...

Found out my animal crackers were compliant last night and was thrilled.

I am so anti-vegan , I almost have a hard time eating steak, cuz bovines are vegan.

 

Ah.
I do not necessarily have a healthy lifestyle, nor a good outlook on life in general.
But I am fine with having a heart attack and dying before 60, as long as I got out smoking a cigarette and eating a steak smothered in bacon, with a baked potato slathered in butter and sour cream. Add in being fellated at the same time, and I will be good.

Worked into, through and out of the weekend. And I work tonight. Holidays are meaningless when you work a wageslave retail job. But, by some miracle, I do not work out of the 4th.

I am by no means an expert or a professional when it comes to nutrition but if you increase your omega 3s and decrease your omega 6 your inflammation will improve. Stay away from processed foods, white flour, white sugar, eat more fish,fruits and veggies. Eat good fats like avocados,nuts( not peanuts),Olive oil. Take fish oil, and tart cherry juice. They reduce inflammation. No soda( not even diet soda ). And dairy is not helpful either. I could go on. But I don't want to clog up the thread with subject.
