    Can someone please explain to me why they can't get my toe aligned correctly now? They recommended new inner and outer tie rod ends but I can't figure out how that would cause this problem....I'm thinking that the problem is the rack but I'm still trying to figure out how it all makes sense...every time I go he adjusts the outer tre until the toe is back in spec and he finally ran the threads all the way in and there is no moor adjustement left they bottom out and they're sitting at .18* pointing out \----/

    Why do you think the problem is the rack? Do u have play? Hard to turn to either side?

    You have to start with the LCAs, adjusting the rear out as far as possible and the front in as far as possible, then only back enough to get camber in, finally toe. My caster is 3.25.

    What ucas do you have?i noticed when I had the LRs they pushed the top out pretty far so I had to adjust the bottom out to keep camber. That caused my to lose a decent amount of adjustment at the tie rods because they were put pretty far already to make up for everything else being pushed out

    I have light racing but it seems to me if you adjust the lcas out, that would cause toe to move inboard....which is what I need..my tre won't thread in anymore so it can't pull the front of the tire in more.plus camber can also be adjusted on the ucas no? :annoyed:I need someone with a rack and we just loosen everything up and mess with it so I can see what is actually going on

    If you did what I wrote earlier, then your wheels will do this /--\ then you adjust the tre out AFTER the camber is in.

    Should have welded the steering
    Which would push your spindles farther away from the rack. So you show quite a few threads on the TREs? @Sub-Zero How are your alignment cams adjusted now? If your LCA pivots are pulled in, that could be causing you to lose adjustment room.

    are both sides running out of threads\, or just one? if so it could be a stear ahead issue and they need to re-center the rack to the steering column.

    Are your LCAs adjusted all the way out? Do your LCAs actually adjust? If bolts are siezed then he isn't adjusting the LCA to push the tire out too.
