I figured it out. The forth photo is the Tacoma MC. They state if that's what your factory MC looks like the Sequoia one will fit.

It's probably his slip joint zerk he's ripping out though.:p I like the idea of a plug. That's the one I ripped out.

No zerk on my 2nd gen, just Teflon coated and greased spines with the boot to keep the water out.

The u-joints have zerks, the slip-joint does not, it's also in the front, not the back like the first gen.

This. On my older trucks I always ran non greasable joints and put marine grease in them on install. Then I never had to worry about them for a long long time. This truck I stick with greasable joints but I will only run spicer joints. This truck runs through water on the reggo so I like the peice of mind being able to flush them out.

I think they're just 5-760x joints but the zerks would be the same on any joint. Should be standard. I've always built them with sealed NEAPCO joints..

You need a non- greasable u joint for 80 bucks or a zerk plug for 80 cents

I'll just pull one off of my spare driveshaft. No problem. ;)

Generally how it works. Had plugs on the BJs on my dually. Only added a few minutes to the lube job. And in this case, the axle shaft would wipe out a zerk if left in place
