Totally agree (regret buying Icon a little) and although Kings are awesome, ADS are arguably better, shorter wait, though more expensive and what I found out recently when ordering my bypasses is they come clear cerakoted, which beyond the heavier construction justifies a bit of the cost especially with our winters.

 

Them are pretty. I was thinking about Kings and or ads. Since I've seen them on @HolyHandGrenade rig. And most likely getting the dirt Kings ucas

 

Yeah, I'm going to be running all of those brands soon. ADS rear, and Dirt King spec Kings up front. Install has been a slow process. Lots of work for a DD and I'm trying to do everything right the first time. (Even though it's now my second time)

Yea I actually got the sheet a year ago and never got around to making it. I like getting more that enough material, which leaves me with leftovers for other projects without running out for every single project. I even keep lumber scraps..

I can get two more out of the leftovers..

Yea I actually found out after years of cutting aluminum with a grinding wheel that the dust is toxic. The best way I saw for sheet metal was a jig saw to eliminate the dust..

1.5 spacers are usually good enough with 1/2" clearance from frame, but I installed 2" spacers to better offset the 3.5" LT front and notched the frame for a little extra insurance.

No nitrogen. Would be almost impossible to install while charged. Not to mention cycling the suspension.

Bed cage is out for powder. So if you see a bedsideless, shockless tacoma driving around, that's me.

 

Steve - will those files work for both 3/8" Pitch - 0.050" gauge and 3/8"" Pitch - 0.043 gauge chains?
