A Ruger ranch rifle is not illegal in NJ. High capacity magazines over 15 rounds are. Low capacity magazines are available for either rifle.

What are we debating here exactly anyway?

A collapsible stock, muzzle break, and pistol grip do not make a rifle “more deadly”.

16 inch barrel
15 roundmag or less
semi auto
