    Did your tailgate always have that dent?

    I'm going to make something like that for my spare tire. I don't want a swingout strictly because of how they work. I saw this for sale in the marketplace, but it doesn't fold down. The one I make will fold down somehow.

    Lol nah I was sitting in my truck eating something before class, the spots were coned off anyway :p
    I've got more than enough reasons
    It has had that dent for a long time. It was totaled last summer. I haven't done a whole lot of research on swingouts but I'm not picky. It'd be a bit harder to work with the cap but not a big deal.
    Didn't it just hydrolock or something? Why not just swap a new motor? I must be missing something.

    Btw my brother and I are going to the Harry's u pull tomorrow, I believe the pennsburg yard. I'll keep an eye out for @planters15 but does anyone else need parts? Haven't even looked to see if there are second gens but there's a few 3rd gen 4r's we are gonna check out and one first gen.
