There is no real answer. Basically once you leave NJ and you get a little over 2 hours past the NY or PA border you can basically camp anywhere. Always check local rules for the the area you plan to go first obviously but once you leave the tri state area primitive camping is all over

 

I did one for a customer years ago. Iirc it was a Weber. They sold conversion kits.
Natural gas has less BTU per cubic foot than propane, so the regulator and "pill" I.e. jet need to be changed. Any gas appliance can be run on either fuel type. I have seen propane clothes dryers. I have a friend who works for the gas company. I will ask him for specifics and let you know.

 

Yea pretty much what research has said, the orphyisis for the burners need to be changed. Thats part of what the kit includes but seems they are grill specific..

Burner kits are semi-universal. Hard to believe retro-fitting could be such a pita. But it is apparently

 

Light bulb just went off. Check into a natural gas replacement guts. The burner should still be the same. And you will need a hose kit for the natural gas anyway. Not a straight conversion but cheaper than buying a new grill.

Turn a weekend into four days off and you can find a little escape..

 

This. I’m a huge fan of leaving on a Thursday afterwork and coming home on a Monday. You can get in a 4 day trip for 2 days off. Unless you work weekends but that’s for the birds
