I have heard some of you TW veterans say that before about him! But I don't understand why? The little I known him...he's always doing something to his truck.... It was crawl box that took him a while right?

There is an issue with the plastic - that's why the flares remain unfinished. I've got to try a different process to make the OEM ones do what I want them to.
It's rather frustrating.

 

To fit these he'll have to do that too.

 

The whole point of the modified flares is to clearance the fenders and still keep them looking correct.
To fit 35's on a 3" lift you've got to get creative.

He is and he simply sliced 2" off his flares and fenders then trimmed them with black door-edge guard. Very effective but not quite as clean an option as what I did or what I'm doing for Anthony.

 

True. You've got to be looking for it it really tell.
Same with my bushwhackers - most don't know they are missing 2" of width.

So what wheeling is going on this weekend? I know the PA one. I think there's an NJ one as well?

 

I am heading to Rausch Creek tomorrow with a bunch of heeps.

 

I may be up to do something next weekend, I took the 8th and the 9th off.

 

I bought mine new. When I was looking around, used 2005s were only a few grand cheaper than a new 2008.
