    Been training for the 107 mile Gran Fondo NJ bike ride. Rode 46 miles up and down the hills of Bear Mountain and vicinity.

    Was feeling good, heart rate/breathing and tempo was good. I think I’ll be able to get this done!

    I had ebc dimpled and slotted rotors with yellow stuff pads and green stuff pads. Just changed to powerstop z whatever package. Has drilled and slotted rotors and decent pads. Seems to be similar braking ability and half the cost of ebc.

    That being said, my brakes are pretty shitty with all of the weight and would love to do what stairgod did and either do a rear disc conversion or big brake kit, or both. Maybe when I need new tires because I have 16” wheels and would need 17’s.
