Yeah! Only issue is they tried to balance them with beads and not weights for some reason, so it is terrible past 50, so I’m brining it back tomorrow lol

As long as its tight I wouldn't worry about how it looks. I should get back into building them again. I can do a single peice rear that would probably sell well.

 

If you have a hard time removing that driveshaft, just hit it with a garden hose

When i did my balance beads it took a couple days to smooth out.

 

Finally got this stuff installed.

About to get started on a home alignment. Everything is adjusted off the top now. Want to get it close before I bring it into my buddy’s shop to get it fine tuned.

@avw4x4 try car-part.com enter the vehicle info and it gives you a list of all the parts registered in junkyards. Well atleast the ones that log stock into computers. It will tell you how far from you they are and a phone number too

I don’t know. I work on the damn thing way more than I use it.

 

My local shop was telling me that the type where the whole bag gets tossed in have a problem where the beads get caught in the remains of the bag causing intermittent vibrations. Probably takes a more that a few miles to have a new bag disperse the beads. I saw an ad for balance rings that are a tube bent into a ring and welded to the outside of a disk that gets sandwiched between the hub and the wheel, filled with weights that can move and counterbalance. They make them for duallies too.
