might be a little late to comment but the weekends are actually really easy to park in nyc, i always come early saturday morning and find a spot on the street, its actually free too. i find it much better than philly, atleast on the weekends. i usually park in soho, cant really comment on the rest of the city.

if you want it to be quick and easy. Park at the path station in Harrison NJ, IMO little safer than parking in newark, Path train runs right into WTC. Many lots to choose from at that station and its right of rt. 280

there is no reason to pay for something as simple as a cab mount chop when most of us will work for a case of beer and a slice of pizza lol

I wouldn't use Dun Fab. I had them "install" my new headlights on my old car and they thought this was an acceptable body gap. The passengers side was lined up the drivers was not. I ended up having to take the bumper off and put it back on and it lined up perfect when I did it. It was about a 2 inch gap. I was pissed. Refused to pay

@Taco_Coma They would never let anyone walk out of there unhappy like that and def wouldn’t charge them.
I’m sure there’s more to the story you are not adding.

They lined up my fiberglass perfect. Built my whole long travel truck front and rear. Boxed the frame. CMC. Cutout and rewelded my inner fenders for clearance and a bunch of other odds and ends. Tons of real work and I am very happy with the outcome and service they gave. And for being in Nj they are super reasonable on pricing.
Here’s a few pics of the truck. Have 11000 miles onroad and about 700 miles Offroad beating the shit out of it and everything that they did is holding up extremely well.
I highly recommend them if you need any type or real work done.

I know kabota tractors come from the factory with front tires backwards to help backing away from a work area with a full bucket, but that thing has no bucket.... and my priority in mud is to keep going forward.

There's not more to the story. They couldn't get the bumper to line up right, and called me to pick the car up like that. When I went to pick it up, I'm happy that I noticed it was fucked up and Chase tried to do a quick fix. Wouldn't listen to me that the headlight was probably mounted too low. I came back a week later for them to fix it and they tried to charge me 250 dollars to fix it. When they couldn't get the bumper to line up again. I would never go back to them due to this experience. The only reason I had a shop install the lights is because it was the middle of December and freezing. Around March I took the bumper off and adjusted the lights and fixed the bumper myself.

That was a fun day. Let the 3 bikes pass us then got on it chasing them in the dust. They must have been averaging 40-50 through that section. Came up to junkyard and just pulled up in their dust. They were pretty stoked/surprised. Then booked it down one of the sand highways with all of them trying to keep pace. Dust got heavy and they had to lay off but @HuneyBear69 was charging next to the truck.
I usually try to go once a month. But I think some parts will be in shortly and truck will be going back under the knife. Undercarriage looks like it’s been sandblasted and starting to rust. Need to figure out what type of epoxy paint to use cause Steel It was a waste of money and is almost all gone.
