    If you cut the LCA off just above the bushing it's really easy to get a large angle grinder into the bushing and cut the cam bolts off.

    Seized cam bolts => new LCAs.

    Yes, I've done it that way a few times as well. The easiest option to prevent recurrence is to put a TTB or solid axle which doesn't have LCAs in there.

    Considering hes doing a full 3.5 kit sounds like you can do the ol angle grinder fuck the LCAs trick as long as he buys new bolts.

    I appreciate the offer immensely. I was hoping to get a shop local. I've since given up and have decided to just do it myself. So we'll see what happens. Could be a giant paperweight after I'm done, but at least it will be a fun project while it lasts. Thank you again!

    Also from what I understand a debate point is that if it is legalized your work can terminate you if you test positive. Some states that legalized have laws saying you can't be fired for using recreationally.
