If I only open the swing out 90* then yes. But if I open it further, it clears.

When it does you’ll see what I mean. Wires are easy to fix when you can see them. Not so much when they’re buried.

 

Serious question but what would cause an underground powerline to break aside from equipment hitting it like they hit any other utility
