i can drive 2 hours to the south or north and still be in NJ. I’m definitely in central Jersey lol.

 

If you agree then yes, some folks don't believe it exists haha. If some agree there is no "central jersey", then I'd much prefer the south over the north because I'd rather be associated with jersey shore trash than the new york DBs

And to be honest with yous. I couldn’t be more In the middle of the state so I call it Central jersey. I’m in Sayreville. Where 287/440/TPK/PKWY/1&9/35 all meet. The crossroads of the world as I call it.

My rules have always been north of 78 is North, between 195 and 78 is Central, anywhere below 195 is South.

I hear of the shredded cheese like on top the L&B pie, chopped cheese is a new for me. Lettuce doesn’t belong on a cheesesteak. NY, stick to pizza, Philly stick to steaks.

 

To quote Gary Busey, “I’m hungry enough I could eat the ass end out of dead rhino”. Food only tastes as good as you’re appetite and what you’re palate is calibrated to. Toms River is exit 82-88 making it the most central Jersey location north to south
