Every year is getting worse due to them selling online.
This year 8000 passes were sold out in 2 days..

Pretty much what I’ve been doing since online sales were implemented for 2021. And it is already getting to the point the site is freezing from everyone going on at once. Last year I had to refresh the page and start over.

there’s an area to trap shoot steel shot only since it’s over water, no range that I’m aware of. It’s just finishing up I believe the new building is getting the finishing touches.

37s? I’m down for a RC / AOAA trip Mike. Or if you’re feeling more adventurous, the Rubicon ;)

I just got my truck back together too.

I rolled up to the philly meet yesterday. Unfortunately the lot we were meeting in was totally full when I got there and I only saw a few random trucks parked around. So my buddy and I detoured to the brewery down the street

Nice. We were going to do the Rubicon and then Moab last year, but the wild fires made that not possible. We ended up doing CO and then Moab instead.

I think it’s for the best though. I think the Rubicon and Fordyce are their own trip.

We might do it this year. We may not. Still trying to figure out this year’s adventures. I’m super impressed that you’re planning three years ahead. I don’t even know what rig I’ll be wheeling three years from now :D

I have done a lot to the truck lately. I definitely need to use it more before a big trip. Let me know if you’d like to hit the local spots. We weren’t able to get out much last year due to my Dad being sick. We definitely need some trail time and camping this year.

Lol well I need to plan three years ahead at this stage of my life with a 3 year old. Especially for a trip that big. I had a shake down run with him yesterday to just make sure everything is working as it should and it is. I plan on taking him to Rausch for the first time this year and prob back to Nanticoke again with Pat so I'll def hit you up too.

I think it was wise to not try to combine Moab and Rubicon, far too much to do. I believe the Rubicon alone can be spread out over 4-5 days if you don't rush through it, and since it's got some of the most gorgeous on trail camping, I wouldn't rush it.

What rig(s) do you have now? XJ's right?

Man. He’s growing up fast. I can’t believe it’s been three years already.

Definitely let me know. I’m always up for wheeling with you and Pat.

I have a Gladiator now. And a right hand drive XJ for a beater. I’m building Karen an XJ too.

The Gladiator is on 60s and 40s now with hydro assist. I did a shakedown run with Jo n and Gregg New Year’s Day at Rausch. I bent the tie rod in a couple of places so I went back to RPM 2” solid aluminum. And carry spare TREs now…

Actually, here are a couple of shots from New Years. I parked here because we weren’t moving. When I turned around to go back to the truck I was like “hey, that would be an alright picture”.

And Jon still rocking the Taco. Now on 37s. Not a good pic, but I don’t take too many these days.
