    LOL

I wish you well in your future buddy. I sincerely do.

Hopefully one day you'll get what I'm saying about being self reliant.

You should have come! no excuses if it's that close! No, not even work :p

Yeah, i've been there several times and never had an issue with the police. It was so quiet I was even thinking it would be a good place to have a bonfire or something, which others had clearly done.

or we could hook a tow strap up to the old fiberglass boat hull and pull that MF around.. hold my beer and watch this!

I really like that spot. If this were moab and it was all slickrock, some of the loopdy woopdy things would be super easy, but the terrain always provides a challenge. Joe on his 33's, rear locked and high clearance bumpers etc. couldn't make it up one line, but he got everything else. Then he got stuck in an ice pit and had to test out the winch which is always fun. Makes me really want a winch and bumper... ugh it never ends

Also just bought a hi lift on Amazon, anyone know a cheaper alternative to a slider adapter? lotus is 60 bucks and i wont buy from wabfab (though his is 55 anyway)

Probably won't be able to make it. Have a morning seminar in Monroe Twp, then might be heading down to Maryland for the weekend.

I've never seen the need for one personally. I'd wory about other recovery gear first.

Come to think of it in all my years I've never seen one used and I've seen a good deal of trucks being lifted.

It looks safer and I'm sure it is but I'd grab a jackmate before that.

If you want a slider lift trdparts4u has really thin looking ones and they are cheap.

    Very tempting.

    I like this design too

The thingy that lets you hi-lift from the wheels?

A buddy of mine on FB was just saying how much he SWEARS by the slider things and I respect his opinion a lot and no one seemed to disagree with him. If I could buy Josh's for 20 bucks, I feel like the added peace of mind is well worth it. When we were lifting today the slider slid on the jack a little and I thought it was all over. I wish I had jack stands, but it wouldnt have even helped much in the mush clay. I was a little unprepared - i remember the fucking impact wrench because im lazy, but not the jack stands

Also, i got the hi lift to "replace" a floor jack since i cant carry the fucking thing up and down 3 flights of stairs and it was just as much for a hi lift as a cheap, lightweight 2.5 ton floor jack. And I can use the hi lift offroad so +1 for that.

Also, why don't you use it? Only jack from the bumpers?

Either way, only armor on my truck is the sliders so I'll probably take it, no chance you're gonna be in philly any time soon eh?

Nope. It's a award winning hi lift multi tool.

I put the hi lift right next to the post of my slider so it can only slide one way if it does slide.

Shit for $20 id jump on Josh's. Maybe I wouldn't drop my truck so much haha
