Yeah this is also due to people over extending themselves too. They thought hey my house is worth so much let me finance a boat and use it as collateral. The housing market shouldn't be blamed for people's stupidity.

 

Hmmm. I think the SW looks less bulky in person, the grey one also seems bulkier because the under wings stand out.

I just don't like that the DO doesn't cover a bunch of the junk like the washer bottle

I'm pretty dead set on color match. There's a lot of black on my truck as is and I think it would kinda ruin the lines if the whole truck is silver then the bumper just sticks out like a sore thumb.

I really like the sleekness of the demello, but I like the price of the SW with a group buy that;s going on and the craftsmanship on SW stuff is impeccable, but the lead times suck.

 

If your not in a rush once a year Superwinch has a 50% off sale before black Friday. You could get a much nicer winch for that amount of cash if you wait a year

That story is missing any/all actual facts comparing rent/own. If your saying circumstances that cost thousands of dollars doesn't happen when you own a house or that you will never loose time from work due to house problems I would say that's total BS.

Like I said it doesn't work for everyone, but over the past 30 years it is proven the majority of people pay more to own.

I would never buy a DO bumper after seeing what happened to their 1/8" steel on a old members. His whole bumper crumbled.

 

Really? A lot of 4r guys have them with great success. IDK. SW would be definitely well made. But I like the front of the DO better, it's just sleeker and more streamlined

 

Mine is modeled after a DO but it's made out of 3/16" and has a 1/4" winch plate
