looks like you guys had a good time.

I unfortunately have not had a great day. Got a call at 4am from my gf asking me to pick her up from the state police station at 116 on the parkway. she had 2 glasses of wine at work and even waited 2 hours before driving home like the old rule of thumb they teach you in health class. she got pulled over for swerving or some shit and they did a field sobriety test then arrested her without a breathalyzer or without telling her why she was being arrested. finally back at the station they had her for 3 hours before doing a breathalyzer and she blew a .10 they never showed her the results from the machine and they never had her sign a print out with her score which apparently they are supposed to do. the cop was a complete douche bag to her and was even a dick to me. he said "if you argue with her i'll arrest you for a domestic dispute" and I wasn't even hostile or anything.. i was still half asleep.

She's a complete wreck… can't stop thinking about it and is convinced that her life is ruined now. I feel so bad for her.. its not like she went out drinking and then drove home drunk.. she even waited because she thought that the "wait one hour per drink" rule would be true. and it was around 4 or 5 hours after she finished her last glass of wine that they did the breathalyzer so the results are really shocking.

We're just hoping when she talks to a lawyer on monday that theres some kind of loop hole with the breathalyzer and hopefully it can get dropped or something.

and on top of that they gave her 3 tickets…

Wow that sucks Josh! I would file a complaint with the Police for officer misconduct. Good luck with the outcome it sounds to me like she will be able to beat any charges.

Hello I am new to this thread. I was wondering where frenchies is and the other trails off 539? I am looking for a place to take 4 wheelers and my truck out for a while.
I got my daughter a 4 wheeler and would like to go trail riding.

From the pics it looks like you guys had a blast.

    Thanks

Damn that's F'ed up! I've heard of people (and lawyers) getting off on this by asking to see the last calibration test results of the breathalyzer and finding out it wasn't calibrated recently and therefore getting the case thrown out. Also, since they didn't show her the result, it almost sounds like they know they screwed up by not giving her the test early on, and at that time it was too late to read drunk, so they didn't show the results. Bottom line, if you can put a bug into the judges ear about something they screwed up, you should be ok. Unfortunately getting pulled over is a reverse lottery. Keeping my fingers crossed for you guys. Keep us posted.
