    That's a long hike to help lift some steel. I was kinda hoping some of the North Jersey guys would be around, though I'll supply beer/food for anyone that wants to show up.

    Yep, instructions say three people, two to hold, one to fit the bolts. I can probably figure it out with a jack/stands, and one helper, but two would be easier.

    That is going to be tough. My washer is in my basement too. I ended up putting in a wash tub and running the washer into the tub. Then plumbed the wash tub to a sump pit pumping the water to a grey water tank instead of the septic.

    As I mentioned before, I can't make that, the other half went and made plans that weekend.

    I have similar situation.... My sewage pipe is not below ground so any flow of water in the basement has to travel up, before it goes out... For starter.....I propped my washer higher 2x4s... I'm no Plummer but I think the PVC elbows should be hight than the sewage.....

    Based on the Pelfreybilt GB thread, looks like Roger got the center hoop and the bumper weighs 110 lbs. Shouldn't be too bad :cool:
