I had a friend of mine recommend camping out at Cheesequake State Park in Matawan, NJ. I've never been there before, but after doing a little research it seems like a pretty good place to go for some people's first time out. I'll be having a mix of people ranging from infantrymen in the army to guys that have never slept in the woods before. Any opinions/reviews on this place?

I love the place it less Then a mile from my place, it has everything you need for people's first time out to not freak them out completely if they aren't sure what to expect.

I was curious, if we were to reserve a camp site and needed to leave at midnight or something, are we able to leave? Or can we only leave at a certain hour in the morning?
