I have Windows recovery software from other computers (that says "This software has been already installed on your computer")

most laptops come with that recovery disk, that has the windows software on it, just can put it in the drive cose drive and will reinstall everything, back up whatever you can then put that disk in. that should fix all.

No operating system found is usually hard drive corruption (either the drive is going/gone bad or something else caused the boot sector to get corrupted and damage Windows' ability to start.)

Slow ass computer.. well, Norton doesn't help. :D I personally use Avast! for my antivirus needs (they also have an "Internet Suite" of software, which includes firewalling, spam control, etc.) but I usually depend on my $130 wireless router to do the firewalling for me. :) Probably have to go through the registry and startup and figure out what is running that shouldn't be, remove it by force and see what happens. Only way to truly "fix" it though is to reinstall Windows.. load your basic stuff (apps, games, etc.) that you always need, create an image.. then load all your personal stuff, etc. When it acts up again.. back up your personal files... wipe and load the image.. nice fresh start, without the hassle of reinstalling, finding drivers, etc.

    So yeah..

Yea I'm thinking I should get my alignment checked too. Truck seems to be driving straight just don't want to risk ruining these tires. I think we should all invest in a TacomaWorld alignment rack.lol

The only stuff on there that I really care about are pics from vacations and our offroad meets. So can I use a recovery disk from another computer, or is that going to cause a whole new slew of problems?

    Thanks for the help guys.
