Well, in that case, I hope you don't get to it tonight! And for that matter, I hope it's so successful tonight, I hope you don't get to it tomorrow either. ;0)

    Hahaha

    Good luck boyd!

Well I just got word from Toyota..
The engineers took the t case apart and found corrosion in the shift rods. They said because it's exposure to water they won't cover anything from here on out.

I asked why I go offroading with atleast 10 guys with the same exact truck and none of them have had this problem.

Guess now it's time to find a way to seal it up real good..

Yea I've definitely never swamped it.. I don't think I've been through very deep water. I'll have to ask for his Name and contact info on Monday when I pick it up. Does seem like it would be a faulty seal if I'm getting water in it without submerging it. They didn't replace anything this time, just said "it's working now"

Toyota customer service sucks. They denied so many fjc warranties because of offroad abuse.ISNT THAT HOW THEY ADVERTISE THE FJC??it's sad companies will do anything to not pay for warranty work.

Where is the breather on that thing? I thought it was up in the engine compartment???? If so, than the only way it could be water in the t-case is through a faulty seal. Then again, you'd have fluid leaking out of the t-case too if that were the case, so I would check to see if you see any leakage.
