    Icon extended travel coilovers and rear shocks, Dakar leaf springs, Toytec U bolt flip, extended length Icon 2.0 rear shocks, Timbren Bump stops ,TC UCAs, Street Taco (Beefedtaco) 1 1/2" CB drop, 4x Innovation DOM tube sliders with kick outs, some extended brake lines,ATO front skid plate, ATO trans skid, ATO Hi Lift brackets, 60" Hi Lift jack and a pine tree air freshener.
    This might be worth a shot but there is a stop on the front inside lower part of your spindle when at full lock will hit your lower control arm. I notice with mine a full lock and hitting a bump it would make a rubbing or grinding noise. I could see where it was making contact so I put a little grease on there and it went away.:)

    The grease in the boot could be residual from something else. But just do what Boyd said hit with some brake clean see of it comes back and try to put a little grease on that contact point of the spindle can't miss it and it is easy to get to and it looks like this (.
