    you no kidding im about wired out.....
    to fing hot this summer......
    been doing like 2 full days of wiring and im only half throught.....but it is coming out real nice......
    got a few hicups...but not bad.. just alot more money and time then i thought it would be.......

    ok so this sound confusing but here it is.....
    yellow/green wire on switch is left on cover and is +
    blue wire on switch is middle red on cover and is IN
    brown/tan wire on switch is blue on cover and is OUT

    now i apply 12 volts to + side and test switch and the other 2 terminal both get hot .... with the switch while pressing in or out.....
    hmmm
    wtf
    broken switch in handle idk.....

    yes i got the power from the fuse panel to the power switch then from the power switch to the momentary #2 on above diagram then #1 to blue on soleniod (IN)
    and #3 yellow (OUT)
    and done.......

    shitty built just tries to fuck you with using 3 diff colored wires ..."they change color at every junction:eek:

    im all set now but yesterday or the day before when running wires from my overhead into the engine compartment...
    i went to open my doors from my keyless entry and lights blink but actuators no work?
    they work to lock but not unlock......
    i had a remote start and a radio installed and from whjat i have seen the guy was a butcher...
    i bet i knocked a wire off of it somewhere.....
    so tomm plan is to find that problem "any advise is welcomed"
    and finish the hard wiring for my gps unit and installing battery terminals and fishish hooking up the fuse panel.....and more wires.......

    I use mine all the time for sunglasses but I think that it is the best place I have yet to see to put switches. I have seen some people put them down on the center console near the cup holders and shifter. I would be hitting the switches on by accident all the time, at least up top they are out of the way.

    ANT IT IS SUPER EASY....
    open sunglass holder remove the 1 screw and work your way toward the windshield and pull down there is 2 clips by windshield "dont loose the (2) metal clips they might fall out when removing..and disconect the wiring (2) PLUGS (thanks craig)
    then i removed the kick plate by feet and the (2) covers on the driver side a pillar (handle)
    and remove that.....pretty much done....
    i used a wire snake and ran like 8-10 wires from overhead to foot well area....some to be used now and others for future.....i used 18 gauge as it will only be to power relays....
    i took a ground from a pilar area and used that for all my switches and also used an open acc port that only gets hot when car is running to power the lights on all my switches.....
    then i drilled a hole through firewall and installed a gromet (be sure you no drill through your brake wiring harness):mad:
    well not drilled through but drill chuck rubbed it:eek:
    and out to new fuse block i installed....
    i will have a full write up as soon as im done wiring this thing in about a week...
    turns out to be alot more work and $$$ then i thought...oh well.....
    im also installing new military spec battery terminals.....and running some wires for my winch setup so i dont have to string them on the roof when needed......
    then i also mounted the soleniod under hoood and am hooking up switches to use in cab as well as retaining the stock use of hand held....
    and istalled pulgs for all front n rear.........

    yea only problems i have had so far have been
    1.....lost unlock action on my remote car starter "which i dont think is my fault... i must have hit the shitty wiring job the installer did when running wires is my guess......

    2....hit the brake line harness when drilling hole through firewall....
    i should have been more careful......but was a pretty easy fix...good thing i stopped when i was like look at all the black shit flying off my drill chuck.....:eek::rasta:
