You seem to have this preconceived anger against me buddy and I understand why if there something I can do to massage you a little bit and make you feel better let me know deafly doesn't come from a place of anger on the side But ask anyone here if they feel the same way now as they did when they were in their 20s and I guarantee you mindset you have is not unique but will soon pass with age experience and life smacking you around a little bit it's bound to happen not in any given day but you'll see

By the way I am using speech to text while driving not actually texting while driving since I know earlier you had a big problem with me doing that and wanted to get me kicked off, world for practicing such unsafe behaviors so pardon the grammar if it comes incorrect I know how much that must bother you,..... ;)

I agree with both of you, but on phone and can only quote 1. Living on your own for less then a year does not make one a wise homeowner. Buying almost a decade ago like Eddie and myself did makes you wiser. Pretty sure experiencing and making it through one of the worst economic Times in the countrys recent history forces one to get smart. When the economy tanks while taxes go up 90% that makes one wise or they fail. Not to say if you had the same happen to you you wouldn't make it. In the end each have different ways to skin a cat but respecting the people who have been there and done that is always a good idea no matter how much if a tard they are.
