    been hanging with locals all winter in our local pits. from flopping Jeeps to blowing out 5 axles in a day. I don't even bother to take pics with those guys. usually holding onto my steering wheel waiting to die

    Waiting for new engine to show up and then get installed. Then tear down the old one and see what can be salvaged for spare parts and what I want to sell. Took a long time finding one and then I had to save the loot. I'm coming off of 3 years of shitty salary and now paying off stupid ass debt ASAP. Cut up all me credit cards. I am taking the stance of one of the old NJ members Virgil. No more credit. If you ain't got the cash for it you don't get it. Tired of the merican standard of buy now and pay later. Trucks paid off next month a little early. Looking to refi house for 15 year mortgage at a sweet rate and get that paid off early. Would be epic to have my house paid off before I'm 45 and have a nice wad of cash in the bank.

    I could of easily got the truck fixed on credit as soon as it broke, but those days are long gone. Lost my job about 2 years ago and found myself totally unprepared with little to no emergency funds and tons of debt. Never will that happen again.

    I got AAA premium so still drive it on the weekends close to home if the trip is worthy.

    Sorry to hear that... My wife lost her job for like 6-7 months right after we got into our house just over 2 years ago... And I just re-fi myself... Went from 4.75 to 3.25 but i didt give the min 20% down to beat PMI so I'm not going to see crazy savings for another 5 years or so because even though my rate went down, PMI rates tripled since I closed 2 years ago...

    Any way what is wrong with your motor though? What's going on it?
    I fucked my motor on my dd civic right after I bought the house and wife had lost job ... Had to lay 2400 because i blew the lower bearings... Shit like that just happens at the worse times every time..
    But shit eventually gets better if u make the right moves, and staying away from credit cards its def the right move....

    PMI tripled!?!.... :mad: Stupid ass people not paying off their debt dragging the good guys down as usual. I need to really start looking into the refi. while the rates are down, but I just started my new job 2 months ago so I may have to wait a little. My PMI is done at the end of this year I believe. Could of been over with it quicker if the dam economy didn't nose dive and I had it reappraised.

    Cylinder is scorn. Compression down. Sounds like a rod's bent.

    I just refi'd my mortgage and went to a 15yr. I should be mortgage free by age 46. Its that slight glimmer of light I hope is there. The rates are killer at the moment

    There are plenty of mortgage professionals out there who can help you. Mine in total took about 25 days, from the 1st phone call to closing.

    yeah the "rate" itself almost triple…. i was originally paying like $102 in PMI and now im paying $239 on a "smaller" loan amount…. but yeah man… both the banks and the applicants were giving and taking on crazy loans that were set up for failure….. now we all pay the price

    the little i'm saving now from my original loan im putting it right into the premium….

    That's how I do it. The only bills I really have is one car payment (my truck) and my mortgage. I try to pay cash or have the cash in the bank when I pay for it.:)
