I was hoping to have this done in time for the run on Monday, but with a busy weekend in store, it looks like the stock piece may have to take a little more abuse.

Yup. I built my IFS skid, belly pan, LCAM skids, rear UCA's, a panhard drop bracket, and a few other things. I needed a gas tank skid, and $400 is a lot to pay, considering I had the steel sitting right in front of my face.

This thread is pretty quite for a meet that is happening tomorrow! LOL Thanks to Nathan I can actually go now, He did the BMC so I can turn again and helped me put on the rear bumper. So we will be going up tonight.

    Nick et. al.,

Not making it tomorrow. Hips are saying no. I'm back to thinking about a truck replacement. Some replacement seats with better thigh support might be another option but for now, just can't sit in the truck for any length of time.

Ya'll have fun and post some pics when you can.

    Everyone,

Sorry for the late post to confirm things, I just got back in town from a skiing trip. I'm still 100% a GO, and will be there as planned at 9am tomorrow morning.

    Max?

    Gian?

Hope to see you guys there in the morning, please post up a confirmation if you can tonight so we're not waiting around in the morning thinking you might just be running late.

Tom, that sucks man. If you wake up in the AM feeling froggy, just head out and meet us.

Colin and I are here and ready to go! Ready for a good time! Tom, it's a shame you won't be joining us, I was looking forward to seeing a dual locked 1st Gen taco/3rd Gen 4runner setup.

You guys have fun. Seriously bummed. Told Nick, lots of things are stacking up and can't enjoy some of the fun stuff like I used to. I'm looking at aftermarket seats as a possible fix so hopefully next time.

That's great news, except for the not gonna make it part. I've been curious to see how la bajada looks after the rains we had this summer. It was never very difficult before, so the added challenge is welcome.

Like it says on the bottom of my beer can...

    Pictures! Pictures!

Wish I could've been there but it was good I didn't go. Hip flexors are calming down and I'm pretty sure I need new seats.

Hopefully someone will chime in with some cool pics.

I didn't get any, didn't have my camera since I was running behind, but there were cameras out and some video!
