Forgot about this thread for awhile.

Went out for a bit of fun at Glade Run Recreation Area/Choke Cherry Canyon

Have a few clips form RJ's Trail. Mainly did some cruising and a bit of playing around since it was just myself. Didn't want to do anything to crazy. Only saw oil field workers around.

    Arch trail damage.

Took a hard line that didn't look to bad except for a little rock ledge on the passenger side. Ledge dented my rear panel and pushed my taillight out. It pulled the wires out of the lower bulb. Glad I still have lights in the bumper.

Saw this a bit after the damage

Nice @99yodataco! What day were u there? LMk next time I'll go. I know my way around out there and am a decent spotter. We were there Sunday for about 6 hours and only saw JJ the ranger.
My buddy was actually driving one of Harold Off's jeeps. These guys are great to go with.

I would love to go for an adventure this coming weekend. I am available either day to go for a good fun run out somewhere cool. What you got Nick!?

Chris, sorry I missed your reply until this morning. I'm stuck at work this weekend, otherwise I'd be game. I've been moving / doing remodel work on our new house every spare minute for the last few weeks and I need a break. I've really been itching to get out and fish or take a drive.

That being said, I'm off 10/5-10/9 and 10/13-10/18

I may have a week day off next week. I won't know until Monday. I am game for a day trip somewhere, even if it's just somewhere local or whatever. I need to get outside! Plus I can relate to the house drama... been in ours for 3 months now and I am still painting... not to mention my garage needs a lot of love haha.

See attached picture...Taken 8/17 on the Sierra County side (not my photo). That's a locked gate you're looking at on the east side, so I'd say the answer is yes. The entrance on the west side goes through Monticello which is where all the farmers who are making a fuss reside, so I would guess that side is closed too.

Coulda, woulda, shoulda at this point I think.

okay i followed the facebook page, it seems the counties have not closed it, BUT the ranchers did.

apparently its illegal to close a road that goes thru various counties without all the counties agreeing to it

If you get a day, feel free to shoot me a text. I don't check in here every day.

I had so much paint in my hair yesterday (from painting ceilings) that I had to cut it all off. Painting is best left to pro painters.

Thanks. I checked out your build a few days ago during one of my GY shifts. You've got some nice parts going in as well.

I saw your question about my rear bumper awhile back, but forgot to respond, then I saw Tom got you an answer. To clarify his response, my rear is a CBI, but I cut the swing out down to just the main beam and rebuilt the entire thing myself. So it's a CBI, but with a custom swing out.

thanks! i am getting the ARB locker installed in a few weeks. He wanted to charge me $200 just to install the compressor, which i did myself with a custom wiring harness this past weekend..

I have two months of free weekends that are dedicated to my runner build coming up.. so stay tuned for installation of all these parts that are just sitting in my living room..lol
