I'm down with earlier is better, though I'm coming from the wrong side of the sandia mountains!

Grey Tacoma access cab, white toolbox on the passenger side.

Odd duck out with out of state plates... Don't hate me! :p

Oh, and hopefully there will be some gun food on my deck when I get back. Looking forward to creating food for my new reloading press!

On a side note. I have a couple extra 32" LED light bars I will bring if anyone is looking for one. I got them from Wicked Light Bars who I am a dealer for. I wanted them to test light output with, these things work great. The boxes are open and the LEDs tested but that's it. I will be selling them at a killer deal if anyone is interested!

Suspension is going on my truck as we post. Bacon waits for me at home, along w/ skillet & spatula. Ammo is all stacked up by my front door (I hope the floor is well-braced there) along w/ chrono. Guns are clean & waiting in my safe. targets on the back porch.

Man, I am looking forward to this!! :dancingbacon::infantry::woot::dancingbacon:

Truck came out lifted by 1 3/4", equally at both ends. W/ a 310-lb man on the tailgate, it squatted a bit at the rear. When he moved to the front of the bed, truck leveled-out mostly, but I may end up adding a leaf to the springs. I am amazed at the ride quality; thought it would suffer, but it actually feels smoother than before now, even though it was empty. :notsure: Looks kind of nice at this height, IMO. The 5100's sure look purty, too! We used the middle spring perch at the front, but the perches are only about 1/4" apart, so no major ride height changes are available there.

Well, I've eaten half of the first pound. Good thing I bought 7 lbs.

I'm at least showing up at the Chevron. I need to fill up anyways. Maybe we can turn it into a breakfast meet if it is too windy up there.

Seems slightly breezy with light drizzle in the east mountains, but I'm loaded and about to go get some coffee.

So I guess I'm looking for the group of tacomas with copious amounts of fun paraphernalia. B-)

Your FJ will touch dirt today if we have to hook straps to it and drag you out there.

Depending on what Nick brings there will be at least one FJC (white) and possibly a T4R.

Was a fun meet & shoot. Pigger was a great organizer and host. Very hospitable with sharing of the ammo and bacon. Pictures to come later today.

I think I have radiation poisoning from being out in the sun so long.

Either that or I've overdosed on bacon.

It was a fun morning. Some of the usual suspects showed up. A new face did as well. Always good to meet new people that share in the fun of the outdoors. Everyone was very sharing, letting others shoot whatever was brought. Pigger begged us to shoot as much ammo as we desired to ease the load on his rear springs. Just a good group of guys.

I'm still amazed at how the FJ handled with the Kings. Several times I looked down, realized I was over 55mph and coming in a little too hot for a turn. I never felt a need to put it in 4WD.
