No 16" rims on 6" lift

    05 prerunner dc
    Painted stock wheels, bfg km2s, 5100s front and rear, tc spindles, add a leaf, 3" block, debaged, flowmaster exhaust, 2nd air filter removed, wheel spacers and k&n air filter
    I have a set of 16" rims now and was wanting to upgrade my 3" lift on truck to a 6" but have read online that you must have 17"+ rims in order to do so. Any truth behind this? Or is it only with certain lifts? Also can my 3" lift be combined with the new 6" lift?

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    IIRC, THe drop bracket lifts use a different spindle, so the larger wheel must be used.

    Yep 16" stock trd rim works on a Fabtech 6" with spidertrax spacers..

    I heard you cant with the pro comp cause the spindles are different. ( dont quote me on that one). But i do know that the RCD DB lift will fit the 16" stockers but you will have to trim the tie rods a little.
