    I understand your frustration man. I had to wait months to find one here in the Washington DC area. Dealers kept trying to push me to get one of their autos on the lot (they're better on gas, blah blah..) but I held out and finally one arrived local. When I went to the dealer and asked to test drive it (after calling to confirm it was actually there!) the salesman said something like I don't know why you want to test drive this one, it's a manual. I replied that's precisely why I was there to drive it. Everyone in DC wants convenience an auto apparently.
