    I did update it in the first post under the heading "Update:" I will post a video and few pictures I took to help the next guy. There are two links that helped a lot once I got the P0705 error code. Both are posted there as well.

    Saved me from a tow (could not get the shift over ride button to depress). I had literally went into Home Depot to get some Hvac stuff come out and all the symptoms above. Now to figure out what caused the fuse to blow and why the hell my over ride won’t depress.

    Yep. It’s like it’s jammed. I am going to get some contact cleaner and spray in there. I almost sprayed wd40 in but didn’t know if there electronics in that switch. Assumed so since naturally the shift lock is controlled by a fuse

    Couple mods down, many mods to go
    Just had the same issue with my truck, wiring electric trailer brakes. Tried to hook up the reverse lights on trailer in the junction box and it blew the fuse.
