I’ve changed my backlight and odometer OEM leds with blue leds. The odometer lights up but none of the backlights come on. What circuit are the cluster back lights on.

    The warning lights work.

    The tail lamp circuit.
    Check your tail lamp fuse.

The tail/head lights have to be on to check it.

Then you need to check powers and ground at the meter connector.
Pin 40 (green wire) on the meter connector is power.
Pin 2 is Whit/Black is Ground. But it has to be good if the warning lights work.

There is also the the 7.5A ECU B fuse. If the Door open light comes on. That fuse is good. Easy check.
Then there is the Gauges Fuse. But again, it power the warning lights. And you say they work. So it has to be good.
But you can check those fuse if you want.....

I'd start at pin 40 Green wire. If it has power, then there's a a problem with the circuitry inside the meter.

Thanks for the information. I checked pin 40 and it had the proper power. I'm sending it off for repair.
