    I would be leery of sensors on fleabay because there are a LOT of counterfeit parts being sold under major brand names. I'm not an ONLY OEM parts only kind of guy, but with some things like the O2 sensor, I would stick with Denso - you don't have to buy REAL OEM sensors from the dealer, as Denso is the OEM supplier for the part (I believe). O2 sensors can be a real finicky part.

    If you do need a new sensor, I always get great prices from Rockauto - in fact that's where I got my Denso sensor the last time for my 2.7 that had the heater for the front give out. For yours, it looks like the downstream is $41.79 and the upstream is $111.79

    Here's hoping the sensors weren't bad enough for long enough to blow the cats...

    Thanks for the Info, after all these hassle days I’m checking everything, fuses, wires first and in the worse escenario I wil go to rock auto.
