No communacation to obd2

    I have a 2003 tacoma 3.4 no data on scanner have 2.4 volts DLC #4 and 10.8 on #5 with key on.Fuses are good, checked as many grounds as i could find.Check eng lite comes on with key on and turns off when started.

    Craftsman 14063 OBD2 I have used it before on same truck worked fine.

    Your CEL should be lit when key is in on position and not running. It should turn off when you start.
    Your scanner should give you an indication of no codes
    If it’s not powering up check fuses and find all the ECU connectors and reseat them. I just went through a very similar issue and found a hidden connection that apparently was causing the majority of my issues

    All fuses are good rework connectors one ECU and most of sensors maybe I missed one checked all grounds I could find scanner just does not communicate have 12v atDLC

    Predator tube steps, Ranch Hand grill guard, Magnaflow CatBack exhaust, Toyota tool box & bed mat, 2LO Module by @Up2NoGood, Rearview Compass/Temp Mirror, Tune by @JustDSM.
    If you have voltage on pins 4 and 5 of the DLC you have a bad ground somewhere, those are both grounds.
    Pin 16 should be constant power.

    Pin 4 is Chassis Ground (grounded at Ground Point IE (right of glovebox))
    Pin 5 is Sensor Ground (grounded at Ground Point EB (on left side of engine))
